Not only do they help you exude confidence, if you want to impress a controller or analytical personality type, numbers are essential.
The first step? Contact your MLS and learn about the statistics that they create. Often MLSs will have reports you can create on-demand, but very few agents actually take the time to learn about this valuable resource. If you MLS has a class, take it!
